Presidential Gourmet was founded in 1986 and grew throughout the 1980s and 1990s, creating a reputation for niche catering, attention to detail, and delicious food.
Moving into the new millennium, the company became recognized as an industry leader providing successful events both large and small, through the service to corporate and private customers, associations, charities, and dozens of Toronto venues. In 2010 Rick Rowe joined the company offering a new dimension in sales and marketing to the brand.
In 2014 Rick Rowe became the sole owner and President of Presidential Gourmet and has taken this opportunity to expand the team, bringing fresh new ideas and perspectives to the company.
Presidential Gourmet is a formal catering company, with the ability to create casual, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menus. We also create menus inspired by such international cuisines as Indian, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, French, Greek and Italian. Additionally we use regional and local ingredients and suppliers whenever possible.
We cater weddings, corporate events, private functions (in your home or condo party room) and are listed as the preferred caterer with many of Toronto’s best venues.
